Keep in mind that our emergency numbers are only intended for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next weekday. If your case is not urgent, you be responsible for paying the cost of the call yourself.
You can fix most errors easily yourself and you will find many answers in the moving-in information found on My Pages. There you will find, for example, instructions for what to do if the fuse blows (electricity turns off) in your apartment.
