We have available apartments with access from December 1st, January 1st and February 1st.

When you created an account, your queue place will be from the date you registered. 

In order to get an inquiry for an apartment, you need to upload an admission notice and register your interest in the objects you want. You will then receive an offer and it is first come, first served as offers are sent out to several people at the same time.

Our office is currently closed for visitors.
All contact must therefore take place via e-mail or phone and we only allow visitors to the office for pre-booked meetings and during hours for key collection.

When you fill out the interest form, you are automatically queued for a 1 bedroom (studio) student apartment. If you would like to be placed in the queue for a temporary room or 2,5 room student apartment, please email our lettings manager at uthyrning@stubor.se.

When it is your turn in the queue, we will send you an offer to the email you registered with.

Emergency rooms can be offered on an ongoing basis.
